It’s about a million degrees here in Texas so when my friend Jenna posted this Frosè recipe the other day it definitely caught my attention. A frozen, light and refreshing grown up beverage?? Yes please! Two problems: I don’t have an ice cream maker and two I was WAAAY too impatient to put it all in the freezer and let it freeze the old fashioned way. Hmmmmmm….. enter in the Zoku popsicle maker and the Frosè poptail was born. 🙂
Frosè Recipe (source: Cosmopolitan)
- 2 1/2 cups chilled rosè
- 1 1/2 cups chilled elderflower and rose lemonade
I mixed the ingredients according to the recipe from Cosmopolitan in a pitcher and then just poured into my little Zoku popsicle maker.
And 7 minutes later……..
TA DA!!! Frosè POP!
- I see many PopTails in my future 🙂
